Instead, focus on the fundamentals. Have a good business, one that you’re proud of and that legitimately offers services and products that your customers will value. Hone your expertise, so you can be the go-to source in your field. Be willing to do the hard work to establish your expert identity — and then to keep the customers who are attracted to your spotlight happy!
